We start every Remember This project with a “get to know you” call, & during that time we’ll talk over the stories you most want to document & how best to approach them. We also recommend at least one follow-up interview, since the process almost always rouses old memories. Second interviews are often truly incredible.

Sure! If you wish to be recorded in conversation with your loved one, we can help guide the conversation, or step back & let you lead the way. The way we record & produce group interviews is a little different, and pricing varies; we’ll talk all that over prior to beginning.

Because we custom-design every project, we love to get a sense of people’s needs and budget first. Just know that we do this because we love it, and coming from public media, we have a special understanding of limited budgets :) We almost always can figure out a plan, even on a modest budget.
